Cancellation Policy for Public Training or Function Purchases - GroupEHS has never cancelled any course or function due to low enrollment. If you commit then we commit and the show must go on! However, GroupEHS continues to reserve the right to cancel courses or functions if ever any unusual or exceptional circumstance were to occur. Our cancellation policy is as follows (there are no exceptions): 1.Your company is not allowed to cancel and there are no refunds. 2.Your company may transfer a participant’s course date to a future scheduled date by advising Raquel Prost via email at info@ittukki ca - a $50 administrative fee and a $10 penalty per participant will apply and any discounts previously given will be charged back to your company. 3.If a participant does not show up for a course and a notice was not received prior to the moment (date and time) the course starts then your company is liable for the full amount and there are no further obligations from GroupEHS. 4.Your company may substitute a participant if the original participant is unable to attend. This substitution may occur at any time up to the course start date and time. 5.You are not registered in the course and may not attend unless the payment has already been received prior to the course start time (date and time). 6.Full attendance is required for full credit - If more than 5% of the course time was missed by a participant then the instructor will not attest that the participant has completed the course. The participant will need to pay a weighted fee to attend a future course in order to complete the course and fulfill the requirements. 7.Although we have not made changes in the history of GroupEHS, no liability is assumed by GroupEHS for changes made by it in course dates, content, speakers or venue if ever these were to occur.
